As a part of both our project implementation services and our ongoing customer care services, CCS offers a variety of training and documentation options.
Our training offerings include classroom, one-on-one tutorial, and hands-on options. We are able to train users, operators and maintenance staff on general operation, safety, support and process specific functions.
We can also provide “train-the-trainer” instruction for customer staff so that they are capable of handling future training requirements internally.
Documentation can also be provided as a part of or separate from training. We maintain a complete set of up-to-date manuals on all of our equipment and solutions. In addition, we can provide easy-to-read Trouble Shooting Guides for quick resolution to questions or problems.
